Carlton Seminars limits coaching to 25 individuals per year.  The majority of our clients work with us for a minimum of 6 months and no longer than 1 year.  We post the available coaching opportunities at the top of this page in blue and we keep a waiting list when there are currently no opportunities available.

 

We place no time constraints on your coaching needs.  We begin with a questionnaire to determine your desired outcome of the coaching sessions.  After our initial questionnaire, we offer a proposed schedule and timeline based on your individual needs.  The majority of our clients will desire at least 6 months of coaching.  We will work with someone for as short as 1 month.  There is no minimum time period and no longterm contract.  We will work with you to accomplish the established goals regardless of the time period. 

 

 

We ask everyone working with us to committ to the concepts, principals, and ideas discussed during the coaching time period.  We encourage active participation in the coaching sessions, and hold everyone accountable to their action plan.  Coaching with Carlton Seminars is not for everyone - after the goals are established, we expect everyone to work toward the goals or terminate the coaching sessions. 

 

Carton Seminars will also committ our time to you by providing 2 hours of phone coaching time, with initial and follow through emails each month, and through forms, outlines, action plans, educational material, and systems provided to reach your goals.
